Point11

Digital twins

Meet a digital model of your customers.

Overview#

A digital twin is a modeled customer with a background, preferences, and a reason to buy. Your twins can ask AI assistants for recommendations, visit websites and apps, and answer interview questions. They give you a way to explore customer journeys before making a real-world decision.

Work with your twins#

Point11 uses your website to build your business profile, identify your audiences, and create twins that represent those groups. Open the Customers tab to read a twin's profile or ask it a question. Use customer groups to organize your audience, then choose who takes part in a campaign. The same twins can take part in Discovery, Experience, and Research, so you can compare what changes after you update a message, website, or offer. Add locations, import customer data, or generate more twins as your needs change.

Data use and privacy#

Twins represent an audience; they aren't copies of individual customers, even when imported data helps shape them. They stay private to your organization, and Point11 doesn't use your data to train models. Imports use ordinary customer attributes rather than personal identifiers. Unsupported values are removed before storage. After import, Point11 keeps counts and verification records instead of the original rows. Read more in our privacy policy.

Use responsibly#

Use Point11 to understand brands, products, communications, websites, and markets. Simulations and forecasts help you compare possibilities; they don't predict exactly what every customer will do. Read them alongside real customer feedback, analytics, and business results.
