Overview#
Open Settings > Usage to track usage and Settings > Billing to manage payments. For product plans, inclusions, and usage rates, see the pricing page.
Usage controls#
Each product has its own pay-as-you-go switch in Settings > Usage, on from your first subscription. Turn one off anytime; work already started still finishes.
Payments#
Admins and owners manage payments in Billing. If you pay by card, you can keep one saved card and choose Add payment method, Replace, or Remove. Removing it prevents new work until you add another. Stripe handles your card details; Point11 never sees the full number. Billing shows the card type, expiry date, and expiry warnings. To pay by invoice, contact your account manager or billing@point11.ai. Invoice details then replace card controls.
Invoices and offers#
In Billing, download invoices showing the date, amount, status, and whether you paid by card, balance, or both. To redeem an offer, choose Offers > Add code, enter your offer code, and apply it. The amount is added to your balance and used before your card is charged. Each offer shows its source and whether it's applied or pending. Approved First Month Free offers also appear here and on your signup receipt.
